Ninjas Hate Leftovers Part 3
Continuity == end, and it’s about time, too.
Sorry about the extreme tardiness of this weeks strip. I was sick over the weekend, forgot the comic at home Monday and Tuesday, and was sick again the last two days. From the sounds of things, there are about fifty different colds and flus going around town right now, and I managed to catch at least two of them.
How ’bout we try for lucky number three? There is one good thing about being sick, it gives you an excuse to get out of bed late, stumble out to the living room, collapse on the couch, and fall asleep again. Also, to watch as many movies and play as many video games as you want, and no one can say anything. The downside to that, at least for me, is I definitely don’t retain as much when I do that during an illness. At some point this week, I finished Tom Clancy’s H.A.W.X., but I can’t remember doing it, nor what happened during the course of the story. Every once in awhile, though, I do hear the little, shrieking tone that the game uses whenever you obtain a missle lock. So I suppose I must’ve played it a lot, apparently in a half-daze.
Street Fighter IV continues to frustrate me. I’ve only been able to unlock one character, and that was after spending two and a half hours passing the controller back and forth between me and a friend.
That’s pretty much it on the video game front, I find I play them a lot less nowadays. Most of my time is spent on reading one thing or another, trying to teach myself to draw. That’s actually going pretty well. 3/4’s perspective and the entire human body are giving me some trouble, but that’s what practice is for, right?

That’s a nice little bit of artwork there, buddy boy. I’m glad it’s going so well. Sorry you’ve been sick. Twice. That’s sucky, though like you said it can be a great time to catch up on slacking off. If only it were more enjoyable…
